I wanted to take a moment to extend my deepest appreciation for the service I've received from Cerritos Nissan. I originally took my vehicle for tires and an oil change, unfortunately I experienced a few problems and notified my service advisor immediately. He was out to lunch but contacted me upon his arrival. He immediately began to work on my issue and scheduled an appointment to resolve my problem. The problem has since been fixed!

I just wanted to put in writing what I said to you in person. Jesse did a fantastic job in negotiating with Infinity Insurance. He got them to paying within $60 of what it actually cost. Thanks to his diligence and persistence, I, the consumer who wasn't at fault in the accident, was left with a minimum out of pocket expense.

I must say that through the entire ordeal, he showed his customer service skills and his commitment to his customer (me!) He is my new Super Hero!

I want you to know just how special of an employee Eduardo Paschoalin is an what a wonderful person he was to deal with. I would defiantly come back to him again and I am also recommending Nissan to everybody who is looking to buy a car, simply for the fact of your finance department and Eduardo's personal caring and professional help he gave and did to make a person's experience comfortable and fun! As we had many laughs in his office throughout the processing of all the lengthy paperwork that needed to be filled out and the time it took to do it.
