The R34 Skyline GT-R by Nissan has been available for quite some time, but it never made its way to the United States. This impressive supercar was introduced in 1998 and remained on the market until 2002; however, it was never officially imported or sold in the U.S. Nonetheless, that didn't stop people from fantasizing about owning one ever since its debut. At the time, most models were advertised with 276 horsepower and 289 lb-ft of torque, but reports indicated that the 1999 R34 Skyline actually produced around 330 horsepower, which was an extraordinary amount of power back then. To put it into perspective, the 1999 Corvette only offered 345 horsepower. The R34 Skyline was undeniably exceptional.

According to this rule, the model can be imported into the U.S. for purposes beyond mere display. However, there is an essential caveat to its legality. While it can be used as a drag or race car, driving it on American streets and highways remains prohibited.
