What's New For the 2020 Nissan Armada?

In 2020, the Nissan Armada made just a few changes. It mostly gets minor amendments to feature availability this year. The latest Armada continues its tradition of being an impressive luxury SUV with plenty of off-road potential. The Armada comes equipped with a healthy dose of standard features at the entry-level, but it adds more with each successive trim level. The 2020 Armada also comes with an abundance of packages and add-on features that provide more luxury, safety features, technology, and other conveniences on each trim. The features range from leather seats to larger 22-inch wheels.

Along with varying degrees of creature comforts, you will also find a flexible interior with several seating options. The lower trim levels have seating for eight, while the higher trims have captain's chair configurations that seat seven occupants. A series of eye-catching paint colors are available to give your Armada a personalized, custom finish regardless of the trim you choose.

2020 Armada Trims & Features

There are three base trims of the Nissan Armada in 2020. Each trim comes with a set of standard and available features. Each of the three trims also has at least one package that you can add on to make it more luxurious, stylish, or off-road capable. The base trim of the 2020 Armada is the SV. This trim has a number of integrated components that you'd typically pay extra for. The base trim comes standard with an eight-inch infotainment display screen. Keeping your devices connected and ready for use is no problem with four standard USB charging ports located throughout the cabin. Everyone can join for the ride as the SV has bench-style seating a total capacity for eight occupants. The base trim also comes with a Bose sound system that has over a dozen speakers. The Armada also comes standard with heated seats in the front row. The higher-level trims extend heat to the second row, too. If you prefer a bit more luxury, you can add on the Driver package to this trim, which includes leather seats and navigation. The second trim is the SL. It comes standard with the base trim's Driver package.

Along with these amenities, it includes automatic wipers, remote engine start, driver's seat memory, and an additional 120V power charging outlet. A panoramic camera with motion detection is also standard. An available Premium package adds more driver-assist aids, a captain's chair package, bucket seats, and a sunroof.

The Nissan Armada is powered by one engine across the trim lineup. All three trims get a V8 5.7L engine that churns out 390 HP and about 395 LB-FT of torque. An automatic seven-speed transmission is standard.
