2020 Nissan Frontier

What's New For the 2020 Nissan Frontier?

Nissan previews a new powertrain that is 310 horsepower in a 3.6 liter, V6 engine. The only transmission offered is a new nine-speed automatic. Starting in 2020, there are no manual transmissions offered. There are also only three trims available in 2020, including the S, SV, and Pro-4X. Standard features are more deluxe such as a leather gear shift, a tilted steering wheel, power windows and locks, and a push-button start.

What Features Are Available for 2020?

The 2020 Nissan Frontier follows similar styling that has been utilized for years. It is available in an extended or crew cab in all three trims. There are chrome bumpers on the lower two trims, and monochrome looks on the Pro-4X trim. All models also contain a roof rack to best fit your needs. All trims have the new gear shift and dashboard design as well.

The Nissan Frontier still maintains a narrow seating arrangement on all three trims. The seating is firm and does not offer power adjusting. The extended cab options open a half cab row of seating. The upholstery on the seating in the S and SV is cloth. The designs on the interior of the cab are simple and made from plastic materials to maintain the look and feel that Nissan Frontiers have maintained for years.

Power locks and power windows are standard on all three trims of the Nissan Frontier. It does have an infotainment screen on all three models that allow for phone connectivity and touchscreen capabilities. There are slight differences within some of the features of each trim, though.

The Nissan Frontier S boasts air conditioning and heating. Its infotainment screen is seven inches. It can meet Bluetooth needs. This means that the infotainment can sync up with your phone to take phone calls or listen to music.

The Nissan Frontier SV can have four-wheel-drive. It also has detailing such as tinted windows and alloy-based wheels. Some add-ons are available on the SV trim, including heated seats and parking assist technologies.

The Nissan Frontier Pro-4X is the most luxurious trim, featuring heated leather seats, along with navigational features built into the infotainment system, premium speakers for listening pleasures, and a moonroof.
