What's New For the 2021 Nissan Leaf?

Although the Leaf doesn't get significant changes for the 2021 model year, it continues to be one of the top choices when searching for an all-electric sedan. The Leaf is a compact but spacious vehicle that also has impressive cargo capacity. There's something to enjoy in the Leaf at all trim levels, starting at the base level and progressing to the top trim. There are multiple options for power with two batteries to choose from and a peak power output of more than 200 HP.

2021 Leaf Trims and Features

There are three Nissan Leaf trims with an abundance of standard and available amenities. To start, the S trim gets keyless ignition and a keyless entry system. It also has dual-zone automatic climate control. The infotainment system includes an eight-inch touchscreen. Android Auto and Apple CarPlay are now standard, and the system supports your other app connections as well.

A height-adjustable driver's seat is standard on the base trim. Nissan's Safety Shield safety system is now also standard. A Charge package is optional for the S. The Charge package adds a DC fast-charging port to the car. The second trim, called the SV, adds some more amenities inside and out. A leather steering wheel is standard, and navigation is included.

The second trim has an enhanced audio system as well. The SV Technology package is available with LED lights and a 360-degree parking camera. A hybrid cabin heater is added to the SL, which is the top Leaf trim. Additionally, the SL has heated side mirrors and heated seats. Leather seats are also included.
