2017 Nissan Versa Note exterior changes

The Versa Note is a hatchback model spawned off of the popular Versa sedan lineup. Back in 2015, sedan models received updated styling, but the Note hatchback wasn’t included in the refresh. Now, a couple of years later, it’s finally received a makeover that gives it a closer resemblance not only to the Versa sedan, but also to the Sentra, Altima and Maxima.

Just check out the Versa Note before and after image below. The new edition of the hatchback shows off a new front fascia with a revised bumper, new foglight designs and Nissan’s signature V-motion grille.

Other changes on the new 2017 Versa Note include new 16-inch aluminum-alloy wheel designs on the SL, larger cupholders, and a repositioned USB port and 12-volt outlet. Additionally, SV, SR and SL trim levels gain a second 12-volt outlet, while S Plus and SV models show off a new wheel cover design.

Two new paint colors have also been added for the Note, including Deep Blue Pearl and Monarch Orange, which are offered along with Gun Metallic, Cayenne Red, Brilliant Silver, Super Black, Aspen White and Fresh Powder.

The model carries over with the same 1.6-liter DOHC four-cylinder engine and Xtronic automatic transmission. Together they help the car achieve an impressive EPA-estimated 39 mpg on the highway.

If you’re shopping for a new Nissan Versa Note in Los Angeles County, you can choose from S Plus, SV, SR and SL trim levels.
