Family-Dedicated Features & Amenities

Shoppers considering the 2017 Nissan Sentra in Cerritos will be able to choose between five trim levels: S, SV, SR, SR Turbo and SL. The base S model comes with standard features like remote keyless entry, Bluetooth connectivity, 16-inch steel wheels, a USB port, a four-speaker sound system, cruise control and automatic headlights.

Several 2017 Nissan Sentra reviews recommend the all-new SR Turbo model which comes with more sport-themed features like a sport-tuned suspension and upgraded brakes, while also adding a more powerful engine and a sunroof.

For those wanting the most luxury out of the sedan, reviews suggest the Sentra SL, which comes with everything from unique alloy wheels, leather upholstery and a navigation system to voice controls, an auto-dimming rearview mirror and dual-zone automatic climate control.

A New Turbocharged Engine

There are two engine options on the 2017 Nissan Sentra, available now in Los Angeles County. The base engine is a 1.8-liter four-cylinder that produces 130 horsepower and 128 lb.-ft. of torque and is paired with a continuously variable transmission.

Shoppers who choose the new Sentra SR Turbo will get a 1.6-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine that outputs a hefty 188 horses and 177 lb.-ft. of torque. This powertrain can be completed by either a six-speed manual gearbox or a specially calibrated CVT with manual-shift mode.

High-Tech Safety Systems

Adding to the many standard and available amenities on the 2017 Sentra are a plethora of safety features. Standard equipment includes stability control, antilock brakes, side curtain airbags and front-seat side airbags. Higher trims boast advanced amenities like adaptive cruise control with automatic emergency braking, rear cross-traffic alert and blind-spot monitoring.
