Since the Nissan Sentra was introduced into the American market seven years ago, the manufacturer has been upgrading it over the years. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration rated the 2019 Sentra with the standard engine with an overall four-star rating; making the model a top safety pick when compared to its competitors.
